## How It Works

Insights analyze the data Sahha already collects—scores, factors, and biomarkers—to surface meaningful patterns. Each insight type answers a different question: _Is this improving? How does it compare? Is the user being consistent?_

> **Scores tell you where someone is. Insights tell you the story.**

Insights are calculated automatically and delivered via API — no additional setup required.
